HOW TO REMOVE SWEET IM TOOLBAR FROM INTERNET EXPLORER

What is SweetIM Toolbar?

It is an add-on for the browsers that adds shortcuts to deal pages, game sites, and others so that you can access them easily. It also changes the homepage URL to home.sweetim.com. It may sound useful for the computer users, but it is integrated by deceptive ads to redirect PC users to survey pages. 

The uninstalling process of SweetIM toolbar is not an easy task; you need to manually remove it from the PC, Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Steps to remove Sweet IM toolbar from Internet Explorer: 

Uninstall SweetIM Toolbar from your computer

1.In order to uninstall SweetIM Toolbar from the PC.

2. Go to Control Panel and look for search for SweetPacks Toolbar for Internet Explorer, SweetIM for Messenger, and Update Manager for SweetPacks.

5. Uninstall above Programs.



Please note that at some point SweetIM will ask you if you want to keep their homepage and search engine, when this will happen please select NO.

Removing SweetIM Toolbar from the Internet Explorer

To delete SweetIM Toolbar from Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer and click on Gear icon on the top right corner

2. Click on Internet Options under the drop-down list.



3. In the Internet Options dialog box, right click the mouse on the tab stating “Advanced”

4. After that click on the Reset button.



5. After clicking on the reset button, check the Delete personal settings box, and then click on the Reset button.



6. When you are done with resetting, click on the close button and then OK.



7. After that restart the Internet Explorer.
